Order Cancellation

To cancel an order after making a purchase, it may be canceled with the right to full refund provided that the following conditions are met:

• The order has not left our stores or is in transit to the address indicated.

For orders that have already left the premises, the courier company will be notified and in this case, the refund amount to the customer would be complete except for shipping costs.

To request cancellation of your order you can send an email to the address shop@deluxegate.com. Likewise, we provide you with a cancelation form, in which you can give information about your order cancellation.
